Fee Tiers

Our fee depends on deal size. Smaller deals have a flat fee for predictability. Larger deals use a percentage that decreases as deal size grows — so the more you trade, the more you save.

Who Pays?

The buyer pays the fee on top of the deal amount in marketplace gigs. In custom deal rooms, the fee is deducted from the seller's payout. The math is shown clearly before you commit — no surprises.

Information We Collect

To run DealsFixers safely, we collect: your account info (name, email, password hash), KYC verification documents for sellers, transaction records for dispute history, and basic device/browser info for security.

We never collect: contact lists, location data, browsing activity outside our platform, or anything else that isn't needed to operate the service.

How We Use Your Data

• To verify your identity and protect against fraud.
• To process deals, deposits, and withdrawals.
• To moderate disputes when they arise.
• To send transactional emails (deal updates, security alerts).
• To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns.

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
• We don't share data with advertisers or marketing companies.
• We don't track you across other websites.
• We don't read private messages in deal rooms unless involved in moderation.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes your personal info; transaction records may be retained as required by law for up to 5 years.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sensitive operations require re-authentication. We run regular security audits and bug bounty programs.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DealsFixers in any way, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old. One person, one account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the platform for:

• Selling illegal goods, services, or content.
• Selling stolen or copyrighted material you don't own.
• Impersonating others or providing false KYC documents.
• Circumventing fees by moving deals off-platform once started.
• Harassing or threatening other users or dealers.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

4. Fees

Our fees are listed publicly on the Fees & Pricing page and shown clearly before every transaction. Fees may change with 30 days' notice. Fees on completed deals are non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution

When you and a counterparty disagree, our dealer team reviews the case and makes a binding decision based on evidence. By using the platform, you agree to accept the dealer's decision as final. Unsatisfied parties may escalate to formal arbitration per section 8.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In serious cases (fraud, illegal activity) we may forfeit balances and report to authorities. You may close your account at any time, subject to completion of active deals.

7. Liability

DealsFixers provides escrow infrastructure and moderation. We're not party to the actual deal between buyer and seller. While we work hard to protect everyone, our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new terms.
